With the entry into force of new procedural codes this year, civil and economic procedural law has undergone significant changes. In this regard, thousands of legal advisers, lawyers, prosecutors and judges had to study a large array of new legal norms, identify problem issues and seek ways to deal with them in practice. Also, the changes affected those sections of the procedural codes, which determine the types of court costs, the procedure for their collection and distribution.
