Since September 2015, the Law of Ukraine "On E-Commerce" (hereinafter referred to as the Law) is in force in our country. which defined the organizational and legal principles of activities in the field of e-commerce, as well rights and obligations of participants in relations in this area. At first, this law was waiting for business, because the current legislation gave only general rules conclusion of transactions and did not take into account technological and innovative changes, informational development of society. Civil and Commercial Codes, which were adopted in 2003, for suredid not keep up with the realities of the economy, which gradually shifted its circulation to the worldthe Internet system.
