Antitrust Compliance in Ukraine: when should you start?

Antitrust compliance is the latest phenomenon for Ukraine. Even comparing it with the corporate compliance, which is already required by law for joint stock companies and banking institutions, it can be stated that at the legislative level the issue of the need to introduce some internal antitrust codes is not yet discussed.
